In this phase, you learn to fuel your body for sustainable energy and reclaim your focus in a distracted world.

During these sessions, you learn to rewire your internal narratives start living in alignment with the legacy you want to leave behind.

Weeks 7 & 8

Integration & Celebration

During our final sessions, you’ll create a roadmap for success post-program, and enjoy a fun, special celebratory evening.

I was missing moments I couldn’t get back and ignoring the signals my body was sending - until my autoimmune diagnosis was the wake-up call I didn't ask for.

I was doing the “self-care” but nothing worked. That’s when I went back to my background in Neuroscience and Human Behavior and built (and tested) a framework that actually worked.

Jen is a Brain Health and Performance Strategist, speaker, corporate workshop facilitator, and mom of two. Jen spent a decade as a high-performer in Cybersecurity sales and got her Master’s specializing in Neuroscience and Human Behavior. After multiple burnout cycles and finding the tools that actually helped, Jen curated this program to help you optimize brain health, performance, and energy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time is required each week?

I understand you are very busy. This program helps you get time back so you can show up more energized and productive. Virtual calls are 60-90-minutes and bi-weekly in-person immersions are 2 hours (dinner included) with minimal work required between sessions. This program is designed to help you recover from stress, not add stress!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can split your investment into two payments with no interest charge.

What if I have questions between our weekly sessions?

I got you! By joining this program, you have FREE unlimited access to the VARA app, where you can ask questions privately to me, or chat with your cohort community throughout the program. My responses will be sent within established business hours.

Is this offered only to local Raleigh/Durham, or can I join remotely?

The in-person immersions are held locally in Raleigh/Durham and are a core part of the transformation. Virtual-only options may be available in the future.
